Israël continue d'imposer des restrictions discriminatoires aux droits des Palestiniens dans la Cisjordanie occupée, y compris des restrictions à la circulation des personnes et des marchandises importées et exportées de la bande de Gaza. D'autre part, les deux gouvernements de la Cisjordanie et de la bande de Gaza ont emprisonné et arrêté des manifestants et des militants pacifiques.
